1 bunch spinach
(can substitute with spinach, sweet potatoes, depending on preference)
4 garlic.
1 tbsp fish sauce
¾ teaspoon sugar
1 chilli chopped
Preparetion:
Wash spinach
In medium saucepan,
add 5 cups of water and boil. Blanched spinach in the past for the boiling
water, boil for 1 minute, stirring.
Picked vegetables
and rinse with cold water. Squeeze to remove excess water again, put
aside.
In a frying pan,
into the boiling oil at medium heat until hot oil. Chilli, garlic and
stir-fry for 1 minute over, stir constantly to avoid burnt garlic.
The vegetable on
the island quickly, for sauce, sugar and sauté for 1 minute. Continue
stirring for 1-2 minutes more for less water.
Off the kitchen,
put out plate vegetables and served with rice while still warm.
