Fried Crayfish with Cauliflower


  1. Ingredients:
    • Crayfish: 1/2 kg.
    • Cauliflower: 1/2.
    • Oil: 100g.
    • Glair: 2.
    • Ginger: 1 tubers
    • Salt: 50g
    • MGS.
    • Wine: 1cup
    • Onion.
  2. Preparetion:
    • Crayfish: peeled, washed, blot dry.
    • Cauliflower: sliced, blanched by boiling water.
    • Ginger: cut and non-aromatic.
  3. Practice:
    • Crayfish: marinated in salt, sugar, flour, eggs, flour, perturbed over fat removed.
    • Cauliflower: Fry cooked broccoli.
    • Cray and cauliflowers, spicy for them.
