Fried blinweed with garlic/ Garlic water spinach


  1. Ingredients:
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 bunch spinach (can substitute with spinach, sweet potatoes, depending on preference)

  •  4 garlic.

  •  1 tbsp fish sauce

  •  ¾ teaspoon sugar

  •  1 chilli chopped

  1. Preparetion:

  • Wash spinach

  • In medium saucepan, add 5 cups of water and boil. Blanched spinach in the past for the boiling water, boil for 1 minute, stirring.

  • Picked vegetables and rinse with cold water. Squeeze to remove excess water again, put aside.

  • In a frying pan, into the boiling oil at medium heat until hot oil. Chilli, garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute over, stir constantly to avoid burnt garlic.

  • The vegetable on the island quickly, for sauce, sugar and sauté for 1 minute. Continue stirring for 1-2 minutes more for less water.

  • Off the kitchen, put out plate vegetables and served with rice while still warm.
